It can be challenging for teachers to create meaningful culinary experiences when we struggle to have time to allow for proper cleaning and sanitization practices not counting the cooking experience. Recipes are tested and student approved and are easily replicated at home. An emphasis will be placed on budgetary considerations, extensions for longer class times and current limitations due to COVID 19. Resources will be provided at the end of the session.
