Mental health is so important in teaching. We forget to take care of ourselves. This was me until I was diagnosed with PTSD and had to stop and learn about me and how to configure life with this diagnosis. PTSD does not mean that our careers are over but they and we will be reinvented. Things do change but in my case for the better. This session will discuss my journey back to being a better teacher than I have ever been.
