A language arts teacher for 31 years in Red Deer, Robin retired in 2016. He immediately set to work in pursuit of a lifelong dream, which was realized in 2018 with the publication of the first of two children’s novels. While he loves writing, he just couldn’t leave the world of education behind: utilizing his creativity and experience as a writer/educator to share classroom-tested, research-based and student-centered approaches, he has presented at teachers’ conventions across the country.
